Professional fees for civil matters in the Federal Circuit Court are set out in the Scale of Costs for Civil Matters $1 - $750,000 where applicable.

Where the Scale is not to apply fees are:

• $250.00 per hour plus GST
• $2,000.00 per day plus GST for the first 8 hours and then the hourly rate thereafter
• Travel costs are set out in in the Scale of Costs for Civil Matters
